Missed Period On 3rd Pack Of Lo Loestrin Fe

so I started lo loestrin fe 3 months ago. before starting I had never missed a period and they always came on the predicted days. When I started the pills, the first 2 packs I got my period on the white and brown pills like normal. Now, I ended my 3rd pack and still no period.

This morning I started my first blue pill on the 4th pack. I am just slightly worried because I never got a period and something like this has never happened to me. I had intercourse but it was always protected. plus, I am very good about taking my pills at the exact same time each day. but once in the third month I took my pill like 4 hours late. also I have had a really odd sleeping schedule, could that throw things off?

I feel like I could start at any moment. I have cramps down there that feel like period cramps. is there anyway I could have have a period with no blood? because I do have discharge, but it isn't brown or anything. I am just really confused and not sure what to do.

Hi. I am about to start taking these pills but have read on multiple comment boards that people have many skipped periods when taking this pill, so don't worry. Read around and you will see you are not alone with this symptom!

Yes, it is possible to skip periods, when taking hormonal contraceptives, such as this.

You should always double check with your doctor to make sure nothing else is going on, however, its most likely due to the pills and stress.

Hi, I'm also really concerned so any advice would be appreciated! I started this birth control 3 months ago (tonight I take the first brown pill of my 3rd pack). the first 2 months I got my period when I was supposed to.. the first month I got it on the first white pill and the second month I got it on the second white pill but this month I haven't gotten it yet, which worries me. I take my pills at the same time every day (usually within 2 minutes of my directed time). I don't use a condom but I make my boyfriend pull out. I've been really worried so I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it came back negative. I took it in the evening and I heard this makes it not as accurate but I'm not sure. could I be pregnant or is it just because this birth control changes periods? I'm just worried because the first 2 months I got my period and this month I didnt.
