I think the information being requested in these posts was most likely about Mirtazapine, which is an NaSSA antidepressant, that's also used to treat anxiety, as a hypnotic and to stimulate the appetite.
It may cause side effects, such as weight gain due to stimulating the appetite, as well as drowsiness, dry mouth and blurred vision.
Interestingly enough, there's a specific listing in the monograph that says it's also used to stimulate the appetite in anorexic cats...who knew?
