Mirapexin
UpdatedI am on a 1.5 Mirapex daily, one pill slow release regimen for Parkinson - when is the best time to take it - morning or evening? I take it now at 9 am, get sleepy during day and peppy in the evening - when I get up in the morning I feel the best, just before taking the pill, afterward I feel "strange". At night, I sleep ok with half milligram of Tavor - a tranquilizer. Thanks for input.

Since it's a time released medication, there isn't really a best time to take it, as long as you remember to take it at the same time each day. Thus, if it works better for you to take it at night, then there shouldn't be a problem with that, but you should double check with your doctor to be sure.
This medication may cause side effects, such as nausea, headache, decreased appetite and sedation.
Is there anything else I can help with?
