Metoprolol Tartrate 50 Mg 477 White (Top voted first)

Hello I always took Metoprolol Tartrate 50mg Tablets they were pink in color and on the pill it said M32 now I got my refill and they are white in color and say 477 on the pill and the same name Metoprolol Tartrate 50mg tablets can you please help me I don't want to be taking a different pill and I get sick or something thanks.

This tablet is manufactured by Sun Pharmaceuticals and they do list it as containing 50mgs of Tramadol.

The FDA classifies this medication as being an opioid narcotic. They warn that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.

The pill to me has less effect. It dose not work as well as the pink pill.
