They do have a new pill that doesn't work at all and look exactly like the other ones that were first sold. I know for a fact that the first ones, from 2007 were phenoproporex which are very dangerous and many people around the world have died with this drug. It was prohibit in Brazil and the people that were manufacturing it illegally were being caught. So, they stop manipulating it and changed to this metiletanoamina that no one really knows what is in it. There is Another pill that is very good in Brazil and is not dangerous, it is called Sibutramina and you can get it from your doctor if you are over a certain weight. Hope this info helps.

you have to be carefull buying them , there is a lot of fake ones going around now. they used to have the prescription label , now they are selling them with no label. fake ,fake,fake..........

I TOOK THESE PILLS WITH FABULOUS RESULTS I NORMALLY HAVE A HUGE APPETITE BUT ON THE BRAZILLIAN DIET PILLS I LOST 20 POUNDS RIGHT AWAY WITH NO SIDE EFFECTS THE ONLY PROBLEM IS FINDING THE PILLS IF ANYONE CAN FIND THEM SEND OUT THE WORD WHERE .

Michelle, I too have taken the exact same med over the last few months and have had same experience of loosing weight. What I didn't know was how many effects the meds actually have; they are loaded with effederine which leads you to be vital to heart stroke and such - you should consult with your MD about what you took as they are extremely dangerous. I learned this first hand. I'm not going to disclose how I learned first hand; but will tell you it's quite scary.
Take Care & All, try the old fashion way of dieting and exercise; your health is much more important.

I have been taking Metiletanoamina with another pill that consists of Furosemida,Acido Ascorbico,Sene,Cascara Sagrada,Boldo Do Chile, Fluoxetina,Cloreto Potassio, Hidroxido de Aluminio,Metaminodiazepoxido. I have been purchasing these bottles from a lady and lost her phone number. They work wonders!! I had sooo much enery & lost 20lbs in 2 months. I want more! How can I receive them?
