Hydroxychloroquine is an antimalarial drug, which is also commonly used to treat Rheumatoid Arthritis and Lupus.

Since Lupus and Vitilgio are considered distant relatives, it is often prescribed for this condition as well, but I can't find any information on its effectiveness as a treatment.

Have you tried asking your pharmacist?
