Methamphetamine And Drug Testing

Please help. I took methamphetamine for the first time in over 6 months. I am 5'6, 125 pounds. I am afraid that I am going to be tested and don't want to fail. Because I did so little is it at all possible that I can pass? I am extremely anxious about this. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
