Methadone And Kadian Drug Test - Please Help

I am asking this for a friend. He took 15 mg of methadone, the kind in juice on thursday evening at 9:00 pm and he got called in for a urine test monday at 10:30 am (98.5 hours). He takes 200 mg of morphine daily (he has a legit prescription for morphine not methadone) and that is the first time he ever drank methadone. He said the only effect it had was slept ok thursday night and friday morning he was dope sick until he got his morphine refilled friday morning. He is 145 pounds so very skinny. The test is lab gc/ms and they use a 100 ng/ml (methadone metabolite eddp) screening cut off for methadone. Can anyone tell me if he will be ok as far as the methadone showing up or not or not just your thoughts? Please and thanks.
I forgot to mention he has the fastest metabolism I have really ever seen. The guy can eat a huge meal and be hungry again in an hour and not even gain a shred of weight. He is 6.1'' and 145 pounds. Like I said he only took that little sip one time and he is so worried. Someone help please!!!! I did tell him he will probably be ok. He said he was drinking a massive amount of pepsi all weekend so when he said that I thought to myself oh no your screwed but then on further review I guess in his case it may actually help him. Well from what I gathered it turns his body acidic and would help get rid of the methadone faster. I am only going on what I read. Any second thoughts? And he said he was peeing constantly...
