Is there a difference between ip178 and 7267 do they both have the same effect in lowering blood sugar?

Yes, they both contain 500mgs of Metformin, the only difference is that they've been manufactured by difference companies, which is fairly common with generics.

Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, hypoglycemia and flatulence.
