You're looking at the one side of the tablet upside down, the marking is actually intended to be 5510 93 and yes, it contains 50mgs of Mercaptopurine, which is a cancer medication that interferes with the growth and spread of cancer cells in the body.


Common side effects may include: nausea, diarrhea, abdominal pain and fatigue.
