True po yan..pero dapat pakiramdaman mo ung katawan mo kung when po sya mas ok sainyo..then inom po kau ng maraming tubig…lalo na masakit ulo nyo..sa experience ko mas best time na inumin c memo mga 3pm-5pm..kasi pag gv aantukin kana..then mga umaga ng 1-3am gising ka.best time for memorizing at mas masasaulo mo mga inaaral mo..
