sabi ng pharmacist dapat 2 times a day ang pag-inum ng memo plus, pero dahil medyo gipit ako sa budget once a day ko lang iniinom..by 3 days of using it sumasakit ang ulo ko after then nasusuka ako at nahihilo..is it some effect of the tablet?

I have been consuming Memo Plus Gold for more than 10 years. I have never experienced any side or adverse effects whatsoever. I had spent alot of time reading up all the published materials on the only active ingredient in Memo Plus Gold which is bacopa monniera. I am more than convinced of its beneficial effects on our cognitive functions and it is definitely devoid of all toxicity.

I take two capsules of Memo Plus Gold in the mornings immediately after breakfast. My children under the age of 12 take one capsule of Memo Plus Gold also immediately after breakfast.

Clinical trials show that you will have to take 2 capsules or 250mg of bacopa a day to see an improvement in your cognitive functions. So taking one capsule a day for an adult is not sufficient.

Memo Plus Gold is free from all side and adverse effects. You surely cannot be experiencing headache, nausea, dry throat and vomiting by consuming Memo Plus Gold. Your headache, nausea, dry throat and vomiting must have been caused by some other factors!

Memo Plus Gold should be taken immediately after breakfast. If you do not have breakfast, then take the two capsules after lunch.

You are advised to drink more water daily when you are taking Memo Plus Gold.

It is advisable to drink more water whenever you take herbal products. So please drink more water daily when you take Memo Plus Gold.

Memo Plus Gold is available at all Mercury Drug and Watson outlets throughout the Philippines. It can also be bought at the independent pharmacies nationwide.

Unfortunately the product is not available in Italy.

It is very safe to take Memo Plus Gold together with any other nutritional supplement.

However, you should take Memo Plus Gold preferably about an hour after taking allopathic medicines.

I took Memoplus Gold and when I had period and it became irregular and I had a headache. Is it not a side effect? Should I stop drinking when I have period and continue for 3 months not counting the period days?
