during breast cancer treatment,now finished ,6years since diagnosed I took 1 megace tablet to help with sweats which was my most difficult side effect to cope with, I still take this as I was still suffering terrible sweats I cant tell ypu the differerence in quality of life, my question is what will be the long term side effects? my tumor was eostrogen receptive?

It would be very hard for anyone to say what the long-term effects could be, a lot of it depends on your body, the dosage, how long and how often you are taking it and etc. These types of things differ from person to person, so there is no way to know for sure how it will effect anyone.
