Medicine To Clean My Stomach

I have been stress out lately an experiencing pain in my hands and feet sometime underneath my feet gives a tinglin.its just a mild pain not heavy pain it is so mild u wudnt realize u havin pain unless u really know your body.then sometimes I get pain n the joints also.
