I even called poison control I told the doctors and nurses my concern and they're still telling me that it's a clonidine however they have no proof no pictures nothing and if I was wrong why would even poison control is saying that its hydrocodizone it has 3580 a cursive v on the other side it's a white big Pill about 10 millis is anybody can help me I would really appreciate it because I'm inpatient hospital and if the manufacturer is not putting the right meds in the correct package just that's a problem

Kris I can confirm what you're reporting - I've checked multiple sources myself and they all point to Hydrocortisone 20mg manufactured by Qualitest. Why aren't they listening to you over there?

Here is information from the National Library of Medicine. Maybe show them this web page and they will have to listen to you then.

" Hydrocortisone Tablets, USP 20 mg are white, scored, round tablets debossed “3580” on one side and debossed “V” on the reverse side; and are supplied as follows:

Bottles of 10: NDC 0603-3901-10
Bottles of 100: NDC 0603-3901-21
Bottles of 1000: NDC 0603-3901-32 "

Web page to show them: http://dailymed.nlm.nih.gov/dailymed/lookup.cfm?setid=cc6f9187-baa3-46bc-b424-d348be820c50 ... just scroll down about 2/3rds of the way to just above where product label images are displayed and you will find the imprint is described clear as day.

If it comes down to it I'd even say to call the manufacturer and put them on the phone with the hospital staff! Their # is (256) 859-2575. I hope this helps and good luck!
