If I'm suppose to take my medication 3 times a day, how can I calculate it in-between 15 hours?

3 times a day, according to FDA instructions would work out to taking it every 8 hours.

What medication is it that you have been instructed to take 3 times a day?

Given that there are 24 hours in a day, it is not generally advised to try to squeeze all 3 doses in just 15 hours.
