I've got a sound in ears like engine or a car sound . it is worse at night I don't sleep.I've got bp stress also .the doctor told me that its a tinnitus he gave pills called oxaepm but it still there .so two times using a medlemon and disprin for flu ;so that noise goes away . so I don't know what must I use .the noise started last year July till now but once I use medlemon and disprin it goes away foa a dayv
