Mylan states that this tablet contains 25mgs of Chlorthalidone, which is most commonly used to help reduce the amount of fluid in the body to treat conditions, such as congestive heart failure, high blood pressure, and edema.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.
