M D S In Western Nd Comfortable With Methadone Prescribing For Pain Management
UpdatedMoved to western North Dakota from East Coast. Have been prescribed methadone for 15+ years to treat legitimate pain. Have taken same dose for last 8 years; (100mg/day). If anyone lives in this area if the country and might have a name for me, it would certainly help as I search for a physician. I have my records for every year of pain treatment, including tri annual drug panels (always + for proper med/dose), all Rx records with same pharmacy, and haven't ever needed script filled early, I take meds exactly as prescribed, and just want to create a positive relationship with a new physician who can see that I am a trustworthy patient and just want treatment for my pain. Does anyone have a good and intelligent M.D., who knows all the benefits of methadone for long term pain management that might be worth calling? Any help world be appreciated. Thank you.
