Sir, i am on Losacar H from 8 months one daily, My bp was 135/90 to 140/100 range always and is still same . its not coming down to 120/80. Now my doctor advised to switch to Envas 5mg. Is this OK. wat may be possible reasons for failure of Losacar H. My age is 39

You should follow your doctor's advice to try to get your blood pressure under control, even if that includes trying a different medication.

And the reason the other one failed is because it may just not be the right medication to help you. Not all medications work well for everyone that tries them.


Envas contains the active ingredient Enalapril, which is a ACE inhibtor and this class of medications does work better for some people for lowering blood pressure.
