she very week for motion shes drink Nitrol B medicine but no improvment pls . suggest the medicine

My baby is 14 month now she is having diarrhea every now n then . Some. Says becoz of teething or infection . She become very thin her weights is 7kg plz suggest something -feed up having. Medicine

Meri 4 saal ki beti ko 6-7 bar loose motion ho rha hai.. please kuchh syrup ka naam bataye Jo mai de Saki..mere paas uski kuchh medicine hai.. mankind Gut ok, onful, unienzyme drop,nizonide,nutrizyme, OFM
