I was on vacation and forgot to take my blue pills the first two days. I doubled up the next two days based on what I remember (I was in Mexico with no access to internet). Instructions however say if in week 3 or 4 to just start a new pack. I already doubled up. What should I do?? It was end of week 3.

Hello, KatKlub13! How are you?

Unless your doctor instructs otherwise, you could just continue taking them, but make sure to use a backup method of protection, until you've taken 7 days worth of the active tablets, without missing any.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of oral contraceptives as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, PMS-like symptoms and breakthrough bleeding.

Is there anything else I can help with?
