Lo Loestrin 2 Periods?

i recently had a baby back in june. when i finished the bleeding i started my first pack of lo loestrin. i am now on my 3rd and a half pack my periods started regulating to the 8th of every month. september 8th i got my period and september 23 i started bleeding again, light spotting every day just enough to wear a liner it is now the 30th and is still going on.. this hasnt happened the previous months. the first month i started it bled for over two weeks similar to everyone else's posts..is this normal and its a shame i cant even get checked due to losing my heath insurance.

Spotting can happen, when you're taking oral contraceptives. They are hormonal based.

Have you had your next cycle? Did the spotting stop? That's usually a hint that it's most likely just due to the hormones.

However, the best thing to do would be to contact your doctor. I know an appointment is expensive, but calling them may get you an answer on whether or not they think it's anything to worry about and there's usually no fee for that.

Alternatively, Planned Parenthood clinics usually operate on a sliding fee scale based on income, so they might be able to help you get checked out.

I am upset I been on lo loerestrin fe for 5 months now on 5th pack and I never felt this bloated for the first 3 months and now I'm constantly hungry it is non stop I'm tiny was 119lb at 5 8" 1/2 tall and I don't want to be bloated and gain in my belly. I work out on bike 20 min 6 days week and have a 2 n half yr old daughter. I never want to feel this way and I bled 13 days and then got another period. still 5 months later I bleed every 13 to 14 days. full period of 5 days. not light. I have to wear a tampon. I'm disgusted and I seen this pill is one of the low dose u can go. I don't want higher dose scared of more bloat and gain I can't stand it it is summer and I live by beach and I don't even want to wear bikini. I'm upset and it is making me miserable. my cousin said it worked for her so she told me about it. thinking since it's family I would be fine. I didn't gain or bloat for first 3 months. that's why I'm worried why so late to start this. I eat and I bloated. I'm scared to even eat and I can't live like this while having my baby to worry about. But I need control. I don't want another child for at least another yr or 2. I'm 29 yrs old. I never was on birth control till after baby I never would get pregnant then when I hit 25 26 I got so fertile. It isn't fair that I have to do this and my fiance is all good feeling etc. he has 2 other kids before with 2 other woman, so our child is the baby. He says he don't want kids but if I do at being only 29 I don't want to remove my eggs just yet. Is there any low pill that doesn't bloat or weight gain at all? I'm sick of feeling this way. I'm not preg at all. I'm bleeding every 2 weeks. As I said I just don't know what to do. I went from lutera to this one. On Lutera I didn't gain but I was not hungry till like the first month was over, then I was all day and night and I just want to be normal.
