I found a light blue c25 pill. What is it for? Is it taken for something serious? The pill itself looks like wybulen.

So my neighbour gave me that light blue pill saying its for severe pain but ive never seen such a tablet

Just out of curiosity, what is the shape of this pill? Also, is the letter "C" and number "25" on the same or opposite sides of the pill?
