Hi, Ambrie! How are you?

Yes, there is a 10mg Cyclobenzaprine tablet, which is a generic for Flexeril, that matches this description.

It is a muscle relaxant that's used to treat the pain associated with muscle strains, sprains and spasms.

Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, drowsiness and dry mouth.

Learn more Flexeril details here.

Is there anything else I can help with?

dude you can overdose on anything except marijuana, if youre playing with pharmaceuticals (pills like these) do be careful, people have different tolerances to different amounts and can react differently aswell. bottom line is that all this modern medicine is simply a poison that has side effects that are seen as beneficial and used as a treatment, and too much of any kind can cause an overdose. find some good bud from someone you trust and stick with that if you feel the need to try drugs!
