I been insufflating H off and on then again I will also take methadone. I been off methadone for 6 months but I do dip and dab bcuz im a addict,The new year came so Im tired of doing drugs,im very thankfull for what little I have,I bought some subs so i can ween myself off but I really do my research now

Im learning about suboxone and in reality from my research is scary what Im learning. Long story short I just want to get off H without getting addicted to suboxones. I got on this site bcuz maybe someone been through what im going threw.Yes im scared,if wouldnt I wouldnt be asking for help.

I've been using H. I bought some suboxones to detox and was hoping someone would help me. Im new to this sight and also heard alót of not so good stories about suboxones, I really want to get off but dont need another addiction. can anyone please give me advice how to go about it the right way, no doctors

the very most important thing is that YOU DO NOT TAKE ANY SUBOXONE OR SUBUTEX UNTIL YOU ARE IN WITHDRAWAL! At least 24 hrs for the dope to get out, if you take it too early you will go into precipitated withdrawal which is absolute hell. I'll make up the days just for time frames, whatever day you want to do it is up to you so.... get high on Sunday night and go to sleep like a normal getting high night, when you wake up on monday ur gonna be hung over, don't use again. You should get thru monday okay. once your skin starts to crawl or your legs start to kick monday nite/tues morning take 2mgs of suboxone and you'll feel better but withdrawal will come back, how soon depends on ur tolerance once you start feeling s****y again take another 2mgs of sub and repeat that thru tues and keep track of how many mgs of sub you took 8mgs should get u thru the day.. wed morning take the total amount of mgs of subs you took on tues all at once.. . thurs try to cut wed's dose in half and then half of that on Fri. Sat you will feel like s*** still but try not to take any more sub. your gonna feel like s*** for a couple weeks, that all depends on how long you've been using and how high your tolerance is. If you've been using for a long time I suggest finding a suboxone doc and stay on it for a long time, it's easy to say a new year kick the habit but it's too easy to slip into relapse. Stay on it till your heads right then ur doc will ween you down which is very easy compared to anything short of sedated detox or something that costs a fortune. GOOD LUCK!!!!

I know how you feel and I did the same thing. All you need is a handful of subs, start with an 8mg strip.. no need to take 24 mgs etc a day. 3-5 days and your good. That will get your through the wd's, will take a bit to get your head back right but the physical part is over atleast

Everybody varies. I was on 30 mg roxys, then switched to h,off on for few months. H wasnt that good so my tolerance wasnt that high. Took under half 8mg tab and was fine. 2 days later,started feeling little icky. So i work out,sweat my ass off and lots fluids. Trick is to take less and less sub. Push yrself. Gonna suffer some but if u take subs right,and taper without taking them for a long time,isnt bad at all. But it all depends on yr tolerance. One guy i know waited 2 days and took 2-3 tabs or strips and it did nothing. He was also doing 30 30 mg roxys a day.....ouch.

I think whats VERY important to make known here, is that for each person your in take isw going to be different..I have kicked my pills one time after going to doc and getting on Suboxen.. I KNEW walking out I wasnt going to be able to continue with there program as they wanted proof I was attending 5 AA meetings a week near my town... Well that isnt possible I work the road and I just couldnt allways make meetings working 12 hrs a day and being in new places all the time. Frankly I felt horrible being in a "AA " meeting to begin with. Bad enough a NA meeting while I am ON something...sorta makes us hypocritical IMO... That being said they issued me a box of suboxens... 8 mgs..I went home and I took 2 strips a day, one in am and one at night.... I did this for about a week..then (what your doing is soaking your system, thus allowing at that point to start weening off by taking less cause your system is soaked JUST like pills)So after that week I began to go to 1 1/2 to by thursday I think I went to 1.... by my start of third week I was about done....I maybe took a half...that WEdnesday I started not taking any..That was a good sign cause I felt awesome..I even kept a few strips in my dresser..I have one left now , and this was a year ago... But I guess I kept them to detox one day.. cause I did go back.My wife uses meds.,.and we both are still legitimately seeing pain managment.. But at any rate so here I am I have 1 left , I had actually given some away to help other folks kick..Now using them to kick in 1 or 2 days? Thats nonsense..IMO..... If you legitimately have a problem with opiates its going to take a good week-week and a half-two weeks IMO again... just prepare for it anyways..its not a race... And all this although it sounds like I did the right way basically was done alone.. Docs didn't do s*** but try and make me go to meetings and hand me the box... so I get where folks are at here trying it on there own, in my case I WAS on my own.... That being said I have a huge question.... I am wanting to go back and get on a suboxen program that can fit into my schedule of me traveling for work.. And do you think that doctors will re issue me suboxen even tho I didnt come back last time for a second visit..I mean it worked but I agree I need more support to stay away from them...its hard...this aint no joke I know

When you say you'll still feel like s*** do you mean you feel bad the whole time you're taking sub's? Does it really take away all w/d?

Yes they do take awake all withdrawals. For me personally, they help big time with the cravings as well I don't really crave any dope when I'm on suboxone. But everyone is different.
