Itching Very Badly Coming Off Lyrica,klonopin,and Allergy Pills

i have been on lyrica since i had my leg amputated 2 and half years ago and i have cut it from approx. 300 mg daily to 100 a a day and klonopin 3mg daily to 1 or 2 mg daily and i cut the certrizene tabs off completely after nearly a year taking one every nite i am in shape i box ,,lift weights very high weights once amonth still benching 4-500lbs, and light lifting the other 3 weeks out the month no steroids just a clean body trying to get all these meds out of me and i weigh 220 with a c-leg ,,thats my prosthesis ,,just tryin to let whomever know im in great shape im 37 need to know if this could be the cause of my sudden extreme itching on my head ,then back ,then all over then i cant take it anymore and have to pop a benadryl should i just keep taking a certrizene pill bc i dont want2 will my body stop itching and the mood swings pass and i dont want the depression to come back if i just quit the klonopin ive been on for 6 years now

The itching can be a withdrawal effect from stopping or lowering the dose on almost any medication, including all 3 that you mentioned.

They can also cause rebound effects and since you were on the Cetirizine, it is possible that is what you are experiencing.

Have you consulted your doctor about this?

Withdrawal effects happen, because your body has gotten used to a medication. They are usually much milder than if you had been abusing medications, but they will still happen and it has nothing to do with your level of physical fitness.

Hi , ive been under enormouse stress for the last 8 months due to being falsely arrested for 2 felonys I did not commit !!! costing me the loss of my family, job, reputation, and about 40.000 dollars in legal fees , even thou I had 4 video,s showing I could not have possibly did it .
finally I collapsed and had a seizure while working. I ,am 53 in excellent shape , don,t drink, or do drugs but I,am a workaholic.......seizure lasted 5 min, awoke to paramedics asking me what my name was- in which I had a hard time answering- taken to hospital where they performed cat scan , mri, ekg, eeg, blood test etc.... ( negative for all ) while I was in the hospital laying on the gurney in the er my wife had found 5 small ticks on me that had to be there for the better part of 2 wk,s as I own 2 homes one of which has many deer on them being surrouded by a nature preserve ( loaded with deer ticks ) I was there 2 wk,s prior to seizure. the hospital sent me on my way with no answers and felt good for two days, I actually went back to work, on the 3 day while walking to my car i was hit with extream flushing and sencitivity to light along with the stiff neck ive had since the seizure. went back into the house and closed all the shades because I could not take it anymore along with this was panic attacks , fear, confusion, and something funny in my chest.......I,am not a panicing person, 25 years as a iron worker in manhattan, back packed many foreign countries, and motorcycled the US 3 times. I don,t go to the doctor unless something is seriously wrong !!. so back to the hospital again I went . 2 days of observation on eeg with no signs of seizure activity but alotta flushing and panic attacks.......sent me away on kapra in which I coulden,t handel, then to lyrica in which was better but still have side effects blurry vision etc 300mg a day, but cut it back to 225 to decrease the side effect which has been working so far and hoping to decrease to none. I,am pretty religouse about taking the meds ...10 am , 2pm and again in the evening about 9pm. on occasion ive skipped or lacked on the dosage and symtoms returned or possibly could be the side effects of coming off the lyrica in which I can,t determine. ps all test were done for lymes including yellow fever, babesia, and erhlicyosis..............whole nother ball of wax ! unless your dead they can,t seem to find it. also western blot etc......but my stiff neck is always with me. sorry , but was on doxcycylene for a month with the lyrica and had what I belive was 3 major herx reactions that if I diden,t know what they were would have definetly sent me back in the hospital 3 or 4 days after I started them- do you have any idea whats going on ?
