Nope, the white pill you describe split into 4 on one side, 93 over 5160 on the other side - is a 4 mg Tizanidine

The answer Carver posted is correct. It is manufactured by Teva Pharmaceuticals, it is a muscle relaxant that is used to help alleviate the pain associated strains, sprains, and spasms. NDC code: 00093-5160

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, and headache.
