No, one 15mg Morphine would be almost equivalent to one 10/325 Percocet and the reason I say almost is due to the Acetaminophen in the Percocet making it work better, so it's like having a dose of the Oxycodone that's a few more milligrams.

The conversion is actually 1mg of Oxycodone to 1.5mgs of Morphine.

Not sure about strength as it is so hotly debated but for me attempting to change to morphine 15 mg ir from oxycodone 10/325 was nothing short of hell after 6 days of puking and feeling like I lived in the bathroom , even when breaking it into quarters my Dr. Switched me back to the original formula. The itches were the WORST!!
