Is It Possible To Get Heroin Out Of Your System In 36 Hours?

I did 2 bags today and have a pee test tomorrow night i weigh about 200lbs and i am not a regular user i have only used it maybe 2x in the last 6 months... is it possible for me to take niacin drink lots of water and cranberry juice and take cranberry pills all night tonight and all day tomorrow my drugs test is at 6pm tomorrow night

I used Monday a 20 bag of heroin,I have a pew test tomorrow witch is Thursday, I have drank maybe 10 glasses of water. do you think I will be straight for my ua tomorrow?

I am currently on 26 mg's of methadone and had a weak, very weak spot in my recovery after being clean for at least four years and tapering off of methadone on my own terms... I go to the clinic once a week on Tuesdays and most likely will have a Lab Drug Test done.... I used on Tuesday night (about twenty dollars worth or less/small chunk) and again Wednesday early afternoon when I awoke.

I have been clean since, I do use Clonopin as a script that's prescribed as I m quitting smoking and etc... I started taking a B-12 (5000) vitamin the last few days and Niacin once a day the last three-four days... Drinking more water/etc... not chugging, but trying... i am 6'2'' and 245lbs....28 years old...

I do drink almost nightly, lately cranberry vodka, daily because of my guilt of possibly losing my phase and possible turning up dirty on Tuesday morning...

Long story short:

Got a lab tested drug test Tuesday/tomorrow morning, used twice ($20 amounts on early last Wednesday morning and again Wednesday afternoon) This leaves Five days of pure cleanness not including the rest of the day after I used.... I don't know what levels they check for but know they are strict.... been taking B-12 (5000) and Niacin the last few days...

Also am worried about the new stuff that's in these drugs that makes them so strong...does that oxy whatever tranq show up and last longer/etc...? The stuff I used via IV was a chunk....

Should I be okay to pass?Life and degree on the line. Plz b kind. Is it possible to flush out heroin if I used a 10 bag with in 36 hrs of a ua, can drinking excessive amounts of water help pass it??

It may be possible if it was just one-time use and you flush your system with a ton of water, exercise, and eating as healthy as possible. It typically takes 3-5 days though, so if this is an important urinalysis and if it was me I would buy a detox drink.
