Hello, Heather! How are you?

If that is the dosage in each 20ml of the liquid, then that would be equivalent to a 7.5/325mg tablet.

Unless I am misunderstanding your question, if so, I do apologize and ask that you post back and clarify.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Is there anything else I can help with?
