Both of these tablets are manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and they list the one marked M 367 as containing 10 mg of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen (NDC 0406-0367), and the one marked M 365 as containing 5 mg of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen (NDC 0406-0365).
Thus, M367 is the stronger dosage.
The FDA classifies this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

The m377 pill contains 7.5 mg Hydrocodone and 300 mg Acetaminophen (NDC 0406-0377), so it is stronger than the m365 tablet.

At first blush, anyone with even an elementary education, knows a higher number of what appear to be identical objects, usually means higher, stronger, better, etc... greater than , kind of thing. I suggest you learn how to adjust your dosage, maybe a placebo?

When you consider all the questions regarding strength then stop to recognize pending the reason taken type of injury suffering ie conditions and ask...does it simply mean there are some of us that require additional support to understand? I know I did more so after suffering a brain injury and while I have made improvement from time to time still may need more repeated information.
