Ip204 Dangerous

My father has had 7 back surgeries in 5 years he was prescribed the m523 he had taken his last ip204 waited 3 hours and took they ip204 he ended up in a cold sweat and extreme dizziness went to emergency room could not find anything after a nights stay for monitoring only way we found out that the ip204 was different was because it happen to a family friend the same way we learned there is hydrochloride in them as well as oxycodone and acetaminophen be safe when and if you switch back it.

However, that is a very common misunderstanding of medications. Both of the tablets you mentioned contain the same substances, Oxycodone Hydrochloride with Acetaminophen. The Hydrochloride is not a separate substance, it designates the specific chemical salt that the Oxycodone is derived from.

The FDA classifies this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Since those symptoms came on so rapidly, after taking the new tablet, it is most likely that it is slightly stronger than the other one that he was taking, so he was experiencing some new side effects, which is very common as his body is adjusting to it. However, since the differences are slight, it usually only takes a week or so and then things improve. This would also explain why the hospital could find nothing wrong.

Has he consulted his PCP?

When taking the ip204 he has to wait 4 hours before taking any of the others or he has those horrible symptoms but if he continues taking ip204 through out the day he is just fine. I just learned that hydrochloride was in all oxycodone. I really don't understand why the ip204 is so different...
