Ingredients For Proferrin Forte

Proferrin Forte iron with vitamins. Need to know all ingredients. Is there a generic for this. Insurance won;t pay for this, considers it a vitamin supplement yet it is prescribed by doctor and I must take it. I am anemic. Any advise?

Most all medicine list the ingredients. I found a less expensive iron tablet over the counter since insurance will not pay for Proferrin Forte. I need the actual ingredients to compare to the over the counter one.
