Imipram Hcl (tofranil)

Does this have a benifit for prostate cancer,post radical prost., or is it used only for incontinence ? Have been prescribed for 25mg. Radical prostectomy 5 1/2 years ago, AMS Sphincter 8 months ago, still have incontinence.
