Hello, Tammy! How are you?

Technically, any doctor that can prescribe medications could prescribe it. However, what type of doctor you need depends on why you need to take it.

Are you looking for addiction treatment, or pain management?

For addiction, most doctors will prefer to prescribe Suboxone, to prevent the abuse of other opiates, while someone is being treated with it. Doctors that treat with it can be found using the search feature on the website Suboxone.com click here.

If it is for pain management, then you'll need to see a pain management specialist. Do you currently have a PCP that might be able to refer you to someone?

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Thanks for responding to my my chat.. It would be for pain mgnt. I have tryed both but just to see myself what worked. I have migraines and other things that hurts and instead of getting on major pain meds I would rather take subutex. If you can help me find somebody, I would greatly appericate it. Thank

Catalyst does in Johnson city another place called about me or all about you gives them they are in Johnson city too. Mosheim recovery gives them as well as bullsgap but you have to have written statement from a dr saying you are allergic to the nox in it.

East Tennessee Recovery has doctors that specialize in pregnancy addiction. They take insurance and the doctors are great. I go to meetings and counseling at the place too.
