I have been taking 2 Watson 3202's every night due to tooth pain for about a month. Will I experience withdraw symptoms after I stop taking them? If so, what can I do to prevent that from happening?

Hello, Hank! How are you? I'm sorry about the dental problem.

You might, but there shouldn't be any severe withdrawal symptoms, if you were only taking them at night, since that's still a very low dose. But, the best way to prevent them would be by tapering slowly, if possible.

The FDA classifies this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it carries the risk of being habit forming and withdrawal effects may include nausea, dizziness, diarrhea and rebound pain.

Is there anything else I can help with?

Re: Frank (# 3)

You're tapering off extremely slow and that's good. By the time you're done you may have some slight withdrawals but I wouldn't think it would be too bad. That's pretty amazing keep up the good work. And perhaps talk to your doctor or even a pharmacist and they do have a lot of hotlines out there that you can call and sometimes you can even Google that to see what's up.
I know I wasn't much help and your question wasn't directly asked to me but I tried.
Have a good day. #staystrong

I have a question for everyone. If a pharmacist gives out your information to someone else is that breaking the HIPAA law? This concerns me big-time because at this particular Pharmacy a lot of strange things have been happening. Yes a pharmacist had given out my information to someone else, what I take how much I'm prescribed my birthdate the whole nine. Is this breaking the law? Thank you so much for helping me I appreciate it.

We as patients we have to stop this crap. I just don't feel this pharmacist had a right to do what he did to me. And I'm trying to stop this from happening to others. I guess one patient at a time can make a difference. Again thank you so much.
