I Get Small Pimples On Y Face
UpdatedI was using metacortil-c cream from 3 months firstly I had black skin tone and after using that cream my skin complexion get lighten and I was happy but now i have so many tiny pimples on my face I think it is the side effect of metacortil-c cream but I want to lighten my skin and I don't want dark complexion but I dont want to stop using that cream also cause it lightens the skin tone. so sir/mam please suggest what should I do?
