The pill you are describing is white and has the marking M358.

Acetaminophen (500 mg) + Hydrocodone (7.5 mg) is a combination of two types of pain medicine to treat moderate to severe pain.

HYDROCO/APAP TAB 7.5-500 was originally a WHITE caplet shaped tablet. It had the #'s 35 94 on one side and a V on the other. My new prescription is the same but has GREEN SPECKS mixed in. Both RX were filled by the same mail -order pharmacy. I have taken this medication for years for break through pain. My question is...Is this new prescription safe or is there a problem with it? I am afraid to take it. Has any one else had this happen?

Taking 20 hydros multiple times a day is bad. All that aspirin is gonna destroy your liver fast. That's definitely a recreational use. I don't think a doc would prescribe that many in one day. Your liver is gonna fail.
