L374 Pill

Updated

The L374 oblong white pill is generic Excedrin Migraine. I don't understand why everyone has problems looking up drugs. (And by the way, take it from an addict - you shouldn't use, hydrocodone, or any opiates or drugs at all as these can easily cause your heart to stop. Get sober and be somebody that gives back to the world).

@RockieAnn,

Thanks for taking the time to share that pill information. And just to confirm for anyone else who might be reading, this pill is in fact a generic Excedrin, containing: Acetaminophen 250 mg + Aspirin 250 mg + Caffeine mg (NDC 0113-0374). NOT Hydrocodone. I realize with a lot of people posting for help on identifying something, they don't always know what to type in a search field and may be thinking that it's just easier for someone else to assist them.

“L374

Inactive Ingredients:

- Carnauba Wax
- Crospovidone
- Hypromelloses
- Cellulose, Microcrystalline
- Povidone
- Propylene Glycol
- Saccharin Sodium Dihydrate
- Stearic Acid
- Titanium Dioxide

I can also say that many over-the-counter pill descriptions aren't actually listed online, making them even more difficult to figure out. In this case however, it was a simple find, and I hope others can start taking it upon themselves to find out what they truly have. But in the end, I think we can all agree that having several opinions on the basis of determining a match, is very helpful and welcome, since it includes other people who may be searching for the same type of pill (which in some cases may be counterfeit).

Where u get off tellin people not to take any opiates? You enjoy pain? I'd rather be addicted and take the chance of my heart stopping then live suffering! Just cuz u got addicted, you don't have to vilify a much needed pain reliever. I was on morphine for 8 months, yes i developed a dependency, but weaned myself off little by little and i give thanks to God for creating that poppy flower! And if someone is always gonna need that kind of pain relief that only a good opiate will relieve, for the rest of there life, then whats it matter if they are addicted? I'd rather be addicted then be suffering every day of my life! Get off your high horse and stop telling people stupid crap based on your opinion, but taken correctly, no opiate is gonna stop your heart! And i was a pharmacy tech so you're not helping people by giving YOUR opinion instead of FACTS!

Amen, truth seeker! Read my reply to that sanctimonious ignorant Rockie Ann....i worked in the pharmaceutical field...liassoning with the big pharmaceutical companies, filling scripts, etc AND actually being on morphine for almost a year due to a back injury...if Rockie Ann wants to be in pain for the rest of her life, thats here choice! But she ain't gotta tell people the stupid crap she did! Or try to scare people away from opiates...but she talks out of ignorance cuz if she knew her opiates and other pain relievers, she would know that its a medical fact that those who are injured or suffering pain from ANYTHING not terminal, she'd know that insufficient pain relief slows recovery!

Yeah, I found that message to be particularly obnoxious as well. And frankly I'm guessing that person is one of those people who was never an addict and instead knew one and then was proper up on her (their) pedestal about how bad they are for you. First of all, if you take them as prescribed, they're actually very safe. Or even w/ out a script, unless you take an excessive amount, they cause no long term damage. But setting all that aside, some people actually NEED them. I know in her self righteous indignation, she sees this as a black and white issue, but I'd LOVE for her to go through 13 surgeries (2 minor ones, the rest involved inserting rods, cadaver ligaments, fusing spinal cord with bone from my hip, repairing a torn ACL).

I also found her "be somebody who gives back to the community" comment to be totally out of touch and just confirming my initial theory...that or she's a bored housewife who just started popping pills because they feel good. I give back plenty. I employ 23 people. I may not be a Walton (though I take care of my people a helluva lot better) and I own over 50 apartment units and several duplexes. And sure, it's been tough EVERY time to go from...lets say taking three 80 Oxy's a day to going off pain pills, but it wouldn't have been as tough as NOT having that pain relief.

One last thing, this pious attitude she has is a HUUUUGE part of the problem for the epidemic if you will this country is going through right now with opiates. You have air heads like her who believe it's as simple for everyone as "just stop and contribute to society." Yeah, because if it was that easy, you'd have millions of people struggling. You're either as I guess someone who simply KNOWS someone who had an issue with addiction, or you're someone who ACTUALLY had an addiction and now you're all high and mighty because you think after taking your 5 MG percs for 2 months, your hardships relate to everyone and you're simply a better person since you were able to move past it while making your incredible contributions to society.

You're not new. You're that Aunt, Cousin, whoever it is that has no idea what they're talking about, yet their ignorance is certainly not and impertinent to their opinions.

What do you go to a 12 step program for? To get clean? You just don't know what you're talking about! When I can't walk first thing in the mornings for arthritis in my hips, knees and arms id be bedridden if it wasn't for something to help ease the pain so i can walk. I was a fireman & I did volunteer work for my church and my daughters school. I wish I didn't have to take pain meds but if not I can't walk. I don't like them anymore than you, but I had a hip replacement that went bad and that adds on to the pain I am going thru.

Re: Truthseeker (# 3) Expand Referenced Message

That's right! I was an add8ct for over fifthteen years I've been clean 6 yrs now going on seven I take 180 Norco a month for pain! Just because that person can't do his or her meds the way they were prescribed then they need just keep their mouth shut not all people are the same! I don't want to hear any bull from someone that thinks they know everything (someone needs to get a life).

Absolutely one addict to another opioids will own you before you even know it, hardest damn thing I ever did was getting off hydrocodone and hurt a lot of people that I love along the way, opioids are a lose ..lose and lose it all game

Re: Valerie (# 4) Expand Referenced Message

Ok yes, I would never want anyone to live in pain, but point is I wasn't in pain. I was just looking for a high and no it didn't stop my heart but it did damage my intestines and now I have a colostomy bag to show for my stupidity. If you need it take it. No one should be in pain, but it ain't a smart way to seek out a high.
