I am scheduled for a stress test and needed something to help me cope with knee pain while running. I was prescribed the above named medicine, will this affect my results?

It shouldn't but be sure and tell your dr and the tech doing the test that you've taken it. Pain can increase your heart rate and raise your blood pressure, so they need to know about any pain, even if you take a pain med.

Yes, you need to make sure they know about it.
This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Wow, Verwon, you certainly get around! Practically every question I see asked you seem to reply to, often copying and pasting the same info on each thread, depending on the medication inquired about! Are you an administrator for this site, or what; because you certainly like to come across like you are some kind of authority or something! You ask are there any more comments or questions like you are some expert or something! Telling people what's in their medication and side effects that doesn't help answer the questions at all, when the asker obviously states they have been taking said medicine for years, is beside the point and not helpful whatsoever! I'm not the first person to notice your "involvement" or comment on it, yet never see a response to our questions and concerns! So, what gives? I would like an explanation please.
