Someone who reacts badly to Codine, will hydroco apa5 do the same thing? Nausa, headaches, etc.

That is correct, this doesn't contain Codeine. The active ingredients are Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen, so it contains a different narcotic.

However, if you're allergic to Codeine or sensitive to it, then there is a chance that you could also have problems with other narcotics. Although the symptoms listed are actually just common possible side effects that many people experience when taking narcotics, even though they can be quite alarming and annoying.
