I am interested in enemas for detoxing the body but I'm afraid of getting very nauseous. What's the best and easiest way to deliver it?

Hello, Stargirl2013! How are you?

An enema consists of forcing the substance of choice up into your intestines through your anal cavity, not swallowing it or anything, so it really shouldn't cause much nausea.

Some of the stimulant medications that are used for constipation can cause nausea, but that's usually not what's used in most detox enemas.

It's also not proven to detox the body any more effectively than your natural bowel movements and before you engage in such, you need to check with your doctor to make sure that it is safe for you to do so.

Is there anything else I can help with?
