How To Use Pantocidhp Kit

Sir' I am suffering from stomchproblem since past 35years,I am now 62years old presently I am suffering from hyperacidity&peptic ulcer.my Dr. Suggested for h pylori test Hpylori IGGwas found positive& it was 90 u/ml. Dr. suggested Pantocid HP kit for 14 days ,today is my first day strted medicine,I have taken all 3 tab. after breakfast I am feeling fine in evening i'l take after meal.
Pls. suggest me how to use medicine.what is the common sideeffect& for how many days ishould take.
