How do we take addnok so that its effect lasts longer and stronger?

Addnok is listed as containing the active ingredient Buprenorphine, so it should only be taken according to your doctor's instructions.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

I have been dependent on addnok for almost two years at 2mg and I have been experiencing side effects such as low B.P, nausea, drowsiness and weakness during the day. So how can it be prevented or are there any vitamins or other remedies that can be taken into account?
