How To Stop Taking Spasmo Proxyvon?

I have been taking spasmo poxyvon for the past 10 yrs and now i want get rid of this habit. I tried to leave it in the past but i could not sleep at night, so i took an evening sleeping pill to sleep but even then, it didn't help me out. My bones are hurting and bowels are moving so freely. My nose also keeps running. So please guide me as to how to come out from this habit.
