How To Get Motion Loose

My son is 1.5 years old. He is not able to pass motion loosely. He feels very tight due to constipation. Please help.

I have had very very tight motion for the past 5 days. Today I took 4 tablets of CANTHALAC, but there has not been any relief; only stomach pain. What can I do for this problem? Please help me.
