My heart goes out to you guys. I also struggle with a pretty severe opiate addiction. I don't imagine that it's much different than any other addition aside from the severe withdrawals. All you can do is just keep picking yourself up Dusting your self off it gets a little easier everyday or so I'm told. Keep the heads up. I can respect the struggle. The people that come on here just to judge are the people that have absolutely no clue what kind of monster Addiction really is. If the did they would choose their comments more carefully. We are not any less of a person than they are. Didn't mean to take up so much space. Best of luck to everyone struggling.

All I want to say is that if you really truly want to do something...like stop using drugs you will! If you honestly don't and have reservations then you gonna be high again for sure.

I get it out in 2 days always. I stop 3 days ahead. Drink nothing but water everyday about a gallon a day. And each day put on a trash bag w a shirt and hoodie and sweats and go run,now, sit in the bathroom and turn only hot water on and sit for a hour and just sweat. It never fails me.

Two tablespoons baking soda mixed with 10-12 ounces of water 3-4 hours before test. This works for meth only. Expect an hour of pretty severe diarrhea and test at 3 hour mark. More than likely you will pass

I'm sorry but it's pretty obvious that you've never been an addict, not one addict ever intended to become addicted, many make up their minds every single day not to use, only to break down hours later, drugs take hold and believe me it takes a lot more than not wanting to use to quit. Wow I did the same thing tonight yes we can be clean by Monday by getting a empty gallon of milk and filling the jug up with water and drink that all day eat small healthy meals cuz it speeds up ur metabolism and sweat sweat sweat sweat I am going to the gym tomorrow n I am going into the sauna to sweat n then again on Sunday dsame thing and when u get home don't stop get the garbage bag put it on under clothes n do the hot bathroom trick n or get on a bike n peddle ur ass off but as u sweat u have too be putting fluids back into ur system also do a detox tea n maybe some niacin it flushes ur body I know it wasn't worth using to have to go thru all this for a couple hits off of a pipe just to get a headache n have to go thru all this also Monday two hours before ur test 2 tablespoon of baking soda w/lots water once ur basically peeing out ur bottom n the peeing out uir bottom stops then u are ready for UA ity drops the pH in ur body for three to four hours n that's it so time it right n do it for a precaution

U must be a spoiled little know it all who gets high on judging others in their fight in life. Ive cried several times and begged god to deliver me from an opiate and meth addiction and yet i used in spite of not wanting to bcuz i was ADDICTED. Its snot nosed hypocrites just like yourself that make it impossible for addicts to reach out for help and the very reason a lot overdose just to kill the pain of the fight againstaddiction and the shame and gguilt they all ready experience bcuz of it. You are probably religious as well and its ppl like u who will join ppl like me in hell bcuz miss goody, ur judgemental and self righteous self is just as much as sin in Gods eyes as mine is. Dont run ur self righteous mouth until you walk a 10th of a mile in an addicts misery. I was once like you and stated just what you did and then i was permitted the challenge first hand and i became the addict i thought i was better than. Watch out bcuz im sure u r next in line!! Maybe u will not have someone like urself looking down their long nose at u like u have us but U REAP WHAT U SOW MORE THAN YOU SOW!!! Thank u so very much. Hi, I took Methamphetamine 4 days ago. And the next few days I was reaping every second of the day on the come down.. What I did was, I drunk 5 cups of green extract tea a day. 20 mins of high intensity cardio to totally get a sweat on and to sweat out any left over toxins from the drug. Today I feel a lot better. Also reload on a lot of vegetables and fruits, and keep sipping on water during the day and all day. Hope this helps anyone in the same boat. Good luck & recover well. ;-)

Baking soda does work. I used this method for six months on parole. My method was a little different than this post, I took two tsp two hours prior to test and drank a bottle of water an hour later, one tsp of baking soda and another bottle of water. Urinate at least twice before testing. As stated this will work for methamphetamine, will also work for cocaine and crack.
