Hello, Dee! How are you?

The FDA lists Ampicillin as an antibiotic that is used to treat various types of bacterial infections. Typical side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.

You can take it with food, if it causes nausea, but dairy foods can sometimes affect the absorption of antibiotics, so you should avoid them at least 2 hours before and 4 hours after taking it.

Is there anything else I can help with?
