I have taken this pill cyclobenzaprine for back muscle spasams. it says I pill by mouth three times daily as needed. The first pill helped for about 4 hrs and I took a second pill and that lasted about 3 hrs. can I take another pill now to help me sleep

No, that would be too close together and could create the risk of an overdose. According to the FDA, a 3 times a day dosing should be approximately 8 hours apart, unless your doctor has instructed otherwise. Sometimes, your doctor might designate breakfast, lunch and dinner, or morning, noon and dinner time.
